Large retail shopfronts and carefully designed residential entry spanning along Glen St assists in activating the street frontage and provides new amenities to local businesses and residents.

The development has an articulated form, corner balconies and balcony projections, with façade-framing to reduce its bulk and create a visual division of the built form. This, coupled with the natural material palette creates a complex yet elegant design.
